Marshmallow Fudge
1 5-10 oz jar of marshmallow cream 1- 12 oz pkg. Nestle semi-sweet choc morsels
1 1⁄2 cup sugar 1⁄2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract
1⁄4 cup butter/margarine
1⁄4 tsp. Salt
Combine all in left column in a saucepan and bring to a FULL boil stirring constantly over moderate heat. BOIL 5 MINUTES, still stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add the morsels; stir until the choc. Melt and mixture is smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into an 8x8 buttered pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm (about 2 hours). (Makes 2 1⁄4 pounds)
